Segways are the CATS PAJAMAS (2011)

I saw a $19 segway tour Living Social deal and bought it IMMEDIATELY. Segway tours usually range between $65-$100! $19 are they serious??????? They were serious. I brought Elena with me and she had a blasty blast.



Santa Claus was on our segway tour. He was born in Ohio and travels in the off season.

Afterwards we ate in Delray along Atlantic Ave. The soup of the day at Brule Bistro was a butternut squash soup with candied apples on top. Retarded delicious. $5!

We shared the homemade crabcakes (with mango mustard sauce) which were 100% crab--no filler, all yum yums.

We had our main course at Tramonti Ristorante.

My First Pumpkin Patch

I was born in America and raised by Jamaican parents. There is no Halloween in Jamaica, and the only pumpkin they use is for soup and it doesn't look like jack-o-lantern potential pumpkins. I carved my first pumpkin about 10 years ago, and haven't done any since. This is the adventure of my 2nd pumpkin carving experience and my first harvesting at a pumpkin patch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a pumpkin on my head, but don't call me a pumpkin head. (andy milonakis anybody??)

Chromeo and Blink 182

Mayer Hawthorne opened for Chromeo. This white boy got soul and he's a cutie.

An impromptu breakdance session happened while we waited for Chromeo.

They finally came to Miami, and Elena and I danced the Tuesday night away.




Elena took me to a secret bbq spot that when I walked into the doors was immediately hit with the sweetest bbq smoke smell and the owner saw me soak it in and said "Welcome". My bbq ribs and chicken wing platter arrived in a basket! I'm trying to be subtle about my inner fat kid happiness.

This started out just gold, and then the turquoise shatter didn't shatter, so I added pink and thought "this will do"

Kiersten and I saw an ad for Blink 182 on the Honda Civic Tour on TV, looked at each other asking do you want to go? Yeah! Let's buy tickets now? Yeah!

We danced the Friday night away, as well as enjoyed singalongs, finger pointing and air drumming

Back in 2009 Travis Barker played the drums in the air and this year we thought "is he going to do it again??" ..... YEP! But this time it was a bigger crane and over the crowd.. still cool as shit.




I went to my cousin Nick (blue shirt)'s birthday party and will never miss a chance to take a picture with my cousins! When I was leaving the house I saw a stack of fireworks and asked Gary (white shirt) if they were going to use them that night and he said "you want to light one now?" and I said "no way, I'm afraid of.." and Nick stopped his conversation with someone and chimed in and said "you guys talking about fireworks?" And he remembered I used to be afraid of lighting that shit. My younger cousin Rory (far left) used to throw the snap dragons at my feet, laugh and run away. Such great, fond memories with my boy cousins.
